The map project is a graffiti book and project, thats self published and based around the world of graffiti map exchanges. We created this project to highlight the sub culture that map exchanges has become in the graffiti world, as this is often traded sold and exchanged between graffiti artists and graffiti art collectors alike.
Since starting the project we have also teamed up with day and night graffiti magazine and are running a section within there magazine in every issue moving forward, and have been giving away a map as part of there free gifts. This not only helps us build our project awarness but allows us to get more artists involved.
In the near future we hope to have a large collection of maps from graffiti writers / artists from around the world alongside interviews and qoutes from writers / artists to help us create a really awesome graffiti art based book built around map exchanges...
